Support Availability

Custcodian provides Minder support for both open source and commercial customers via support@custcodian.dev using the hosted environment, as well as commercial customers running private Minder instances.

Coverage

• Open Source (Free): Support available for users managing public open-source repositories using the cloud-hosted Minder instance (api.custcodian.dev). This support covers:

  • Client installation and authentication
  • GitHub Actions related to Minder (minder-action and sync-catalog)
  • Rule definitions and profile advice

• Commercial (Paid): Support available for customers with private repository management subscriptions or private Minder instance consulting. Includes all of the above, along with:

  • Custom rule development
  • IdP integration advice
  • Custom Minder feature development -- either on a branch, or to be merged upstream
  • Migration assistance
